What this means for investor protection
Because no financial regulator supervises the service:
- no statutory compensation or investor-protection scheme covers accounts held with the Company;
- there is no financial ombudsman or regulatory complaints channel; complaints are handled by the Company, and disputes are governed by the laws of Anguilla as set out in the Terms and Conditions;
- CFD trading with the Company is not conducted on a regulated exchange, and there is no clearing house or other central counterparty which guarantees the Company’s payment obligations to you. This is stated in full in the Risk Warning.
Execution model and your counterparty
All four account types — MT4.ECN., MT4.VAR., MT5.ECN. and CT.ECN. — use Market execution with a stop out level of 40%.
The Company is considered the counterparty to all CFD transactions you execute with it. The Company acts as the market maker or as the broker in accordance with the account type and operating conditions. When acting as a market maker, the Company may hold information or positions that are not available to you and may have interests that differ from yours.
