There are plenty of top-tier releases from the UK this week, likely spurring additional volatility for this pair. The UK CPI is up for release today and a 0.5% headline figure is eyed. The core version of the report could also hold steady at 1.5%. Tomorrow the UK jobs report is due and a 4.0K increase in claimants is expected. Meanwhile, the average earnings index or indicator of wage growth could slow from 1.8% to 1.7% for the three-month period ending in March.
